Applications for Teacher Honorariums
and Mini-Grants are now being accepted.

Offering Ten (Up to $500) Mini-Grants for PCMEA Members.
These requests are reviewed monthly by the Board on a first-come,
first-served basis and approved at the PCMEA board meetings.
PLEASE ENTER ALL REQUESTS BY MAY 1, 2026.

PCMEA is dedicated to supporting our exceptional music educators,
having awarded over $25,000 in grants in the past five years.

Honorarium/Mini-Grant Application Instructions:
1. Fill out the form below before May 1, 2026.
2. Click submit to send it automatically to the PCMEA Board for review.
3. Applications will be reviewed at the next PCMEA Board meeting.
4. Upon approval, notification will be given via email.
5. After attending the training, submit receipts and certificate of completion to Stephanie McNaughton at Westgate Elementary School
6. A reimbursement check will be written.
*Members who received an honorarium in the 2024-25 school year may not apply for a 2025-26 Honorarium or Mini-grant.
In order to impact a wider percentage of students, members may not be considered for sequential years.
