All-County High School Chorus 2025-26

All-County High School Chorus Concert

2 Choirs for the 2025-26 School Year: SATB Choir (nomination-based) and SSA(A) Honor Choir

We will be limiting the number of student nominations by the parameters below (per school):
Soprano 1: 2
Soprano 2: 2
Alto 1: 2
Alto 2: 2
Tenors & Basses: Unlimited!
Please have these names submitted to Gabe Irizarry and Maya Berrios (and in the All-County Database) by September 3rd*.
*Any students who audition for the SSA(A) Chorus that do not score high enough to earn a spot will automatically be placed into the SATB Chorus
(a disqualifying factor would be inability to pitch-match).

Participant/Auditionee Names: Due Wednesday, September 3rd

Be sure to include Voice Part designations and choir

SSA(A) Audition: Online Submission

Audition Results Announced: Friday, September 12th via email

After-School Rehearsals: At Largo High School from 3-5pm
Wednesday, October 8th
Wednesday, October 15th
Wednesday, October 22nd
Wednesday, October 29th

All-Day Rehearsal with Clinicians: Friday, October 31st
Trinity Presbyterian Church in Clearwater (2001 Rainbow Dr, Clearwater, FL 33765)
From 9am-3:00pm

All-County Performance: Monday, November 3rd

Audition Process (SSAA ONLY)
This year’s audition will only be required for soprano and alto students interested in the top honor choir. We will be following FVA’s All-State Vocal Quality Rubric on the following:
All-State Ascending Vocalise
All-State Descending Vocalise
Excerpt from Omnia Sol by Stroope
Please send the names submitted of Soprano and Alto students auditioning to Gabe and myself (and in the All-County Database) by September 3rd.
